The Town Council is committed in providing a speedy resolution to feedback received from residents. This would include a fast acknowledgement that the feedback is being looked into and the expected timeframe for the issue to be resolved.


Typically, essential jobs that require an immediate attention are matters such as a disruption of water/power supply to the whole block, an overflow of the water tank, refuse not being collected, sighting of snakes or beehives and any matter that will pose a danger to public safety. For such feedback, the Town Council will handle the matter/s within 1 working day.


For all other fundamental maintenance feedback and suggestions, the Town Council will handle them within 3 to 7 working days.


For emergency cases outside office hours, please contact the 24-hour Essential Maintenance Services Unit (EMSU) at 1800 3258888. All calls to the Town Council will also be routed to this EMSU hotline outside office hours.
