Did You Know? On 25th May 2008, the Town Council, together with Jalan Kayu GROs and NEA, organised its first ever "Mr Bin" Bin Art Competition! Through the use of creative arts, we hope to encourage the public to use these colourful bins and help to keep the estates clean!
