Use of Common Area and Open Space

Common area and Open Space in our Town are available to all Ang Mo Kio GRC and Yio Chu Kang SMC residents for use at a nominal fee.

Note:

For use of common areas and open spaces, residents have to apply for the relevant permits from the Town Council.
All the rates above are applicable to our residents only.
All rates are subjected to prevailing GST.
Separate charges will be imposed for electricity and water usage: $15 per day per block.

Terms and Conditions:

Applicants must be residents of our Town Council.
Bookings must be made in person at our offices.
All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please bring along your identity card when making a booking.

Did You Know?

In May 2008, the Town Council helped fight Hand Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) by disinfecting all playgrounds in Ang Mo Kio GRC and Yio Chu Kang SMC, especially the ones near childcare centers.
