Terms of Reference:

1. To provide a communication link with residents through newsletters, press releases and other publicity materials.
2. To promote the image of the Town Council through better use of the press and media coverage to publicise the Council’s activities.
3. To liaise with grassroot organisations on educational projects and residents’ participation.
4. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
