Terms of Reference:

1. To make physical improvements to the estates through provision of amenities and other facilities.
2. To undertake feasibility studies for the long-term physical development of the town and make appropriate recommendations accordingly.
3. To improve the environmental aesthetics of the Town.
4. To assess and implement requests for additional amenities and facilities from residents, grassroots organizations and other community bodies.
5. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
