Terms of Reference:

  1. To regulate and administer the Town Councils Financial Rules on the proper allocation and use of the Town Council Funds.
  2. To be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget estimates for each financial year of the Town Council.
  3. To formulate the accounting policies of the Town Council.
  4. To review the financial performance of the Town Council including arrears and investments.
  5. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
