Terms of Reference:

1. To review and recommend efficient methods for the upkeep of the estates to ensure durability and minimise maintenance costs.
2. To set up policies and procedures for the control and use of void decks, open spaces and other common property, including the levy of user charges and deposits.
3. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
