Terms of Reference:

1. To establish and review existing rules and regulations governing commercial premises, shops and hawkers operations, including the levy of user charges and deposits.
2. To organise community projects, campaigns and dialogue sessions for greater participation and social responsibility among the business community.
3. To make recommendations for the improvement to Town Centres and Neighbourhood Centres.
4. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
