Terms of Reference:

1. To act in the name of and on behalf of the Council, exercise the powers, functions and duties thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Town Councils Act, except for matters that require the decision of the full Council and stipulations set out in the Town Councils Financial Rules.
2. To act as the Tenders Committee in calling, evaluating, awarding and administering of contracts pertaining to the functions of the Committee.
